Brian Helms is the Chief Architect of the Lower Colorado River Authority, where he focuses on facilitating cooperation between Information Technology, Cyber Security, and the Operational Technologies needed to support Energy Generation, Transmission, and water supply management for the lower Colorado River basin. Brian comes to LCRA with over 20 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect and general management consultant in multiple industries, including several energy and fortune 100 companies.
