Mario Bauer, CEO of TMG Consulting, has worked with more than 40 utilities in North America in a wide range of consulting assignments including: business and Information Systems (IS) strategies, effectiveness and efficiency studies, and business case development. Additionally, he has developed budget estimates and risk plans for the largest CIS implementations in North America, and performed QA and oversight services for several CIS implementations.
Recognized as a utility industry expert, Bauer has developed and implemented procurement strategies and practices which are now used as the industry standard.
Prior to leading TMG Consulting, Bauer held positions at Colorado Springs Utilities, UMS Group, Bearing Point and Five Point Partners.
