The Startup Battle Royale will feature five early stage startups that were selected from eligible applicants, pitching judges from the energy industry in front of the start@ETS audience. The victor takes away the Battle Royale Trophy and check for $10,000 made possible by Direct Energy. All final contenders will enjoy generous press, investor and industry attention.
Prior to September 14, 2016, Zpryme and the judges will review applicants and choose the five contenders based on their solution and market potential. Applications are due by August 25th. Finalists will be announced on September 1st.
Each contender has five minutes to pitch judges. The judges then have up to five minutes to ask questions. Following the last pitch, the judges go off stage to decide the victor.
