Kelly McGinnis is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for GE Power Digital Solutions and is responsible for the financial strategy underpinning the growth of Power Digital Solutions.
Prior to her promotion as CFO in April 2016, Kelly was the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) manager for the Power Services business, a $15 billion business within GE Power, from 2012 to 2016. Before joining GE Power, Kelly was the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Income Statement manager for GE Energy Infrastructure from April 2010 to December 2012.
Before that, Kelly was a member of the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) from January 2007 to April 2010. Kelly worked on various projects across GE Energy, GE Consumer & Industrial and GE Corporate, ultimately being promoted to Audit Manager in 2009.
Kelly joined GE in July 2004 in the Healthcare business through the Financial Management (FMP) program. She held various assignments, including a one-year assignment in Japan, as a Cash Flow from Operations (CFOA) analyst.
Kelly received a Bachelor’s of Science, Business Administration in Finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts in 2004.
