He led the Strategy and Utility practices for several major Management Consulting and technology organizations, delivering projects focused on Operational Excellence, Smart Metering / Grid, and Customer Excellence. Meir is a strong, multifaceted business and technology leader who combines innovation with pragmatism, vision and implementation with a sense of urgency.
Currently Meir is a Partner and one of the founders of Utilligent, an operational strategy consulting firm with a laser focus on the Utility industry. Over his career Meir worked globally (China, Australia, Europe, Africa, South America, and North America) across the entire utility value chain. Meir’s current areas of strategic focus include the transformation of the utility business model, grid modernization, and realizing value from Smart Metering / Grid investments.
