Brian has 29 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities industry. Brian is currently serving as Senior Vice President at Utegration. Utegration is a fast growing systems integration, solutions and software company headquartered in Houston with offices in India and Malaysia.
Prior to joining Utegration, Brian served as Senior Principal of SAP’s Energy and Utilities Practice where he was responsible for strategy, thought leadership and industry domain expertise. Among his various responsibilities are thought leadership in various areas including Smart Grid, Renewable Energy, Transmission and Distribution Operations and Customer Systems. Brian also led the SAP Smart Grid Innovation Council, the Electric Vehicle Innovation Council and the CIS/CRM Influence Groups.
Brian started his career in the engineering group of an investor owned electric and gas utility. While at the utility, he was responsible for various activities over the course of his career, with a special focus on grid operations, field service, customer service, demand response and demand side management initiatives.
