Before joining Avertra, Bashir worked for companies such as SAP and HCL-Axon.
Bashir specializes in building high performant teams and managing all aspects of large scale technology/digital transformations, client expectation, and legislators, including working with utility executives to build business cases and roadmaps for major IT spending.
